DescriptionUnder the South Pacific Regional Trade and Economic Cooperation Agreement (SPARTECA), Forum Island Country (FIC) exporters, including those from Fiji, are required to provide a self-declaration on the commercial invoice when exporting goods to New Zealand. This declaration confirms that the goods meet the Rules of Origin criteria specified in the agreement, enabling them to qualify for preferential tariff treatment. A sample of this declaration form can be found in Appendix 2 of the SPARTECA agreement.
