
Download the application form from the BAF website or request it via email. Provide detailed information about the species, quantity, origin, and packaging. Submit the completed form and required documents either by visiting the BAF office or via email. After verification, if accepted, an invoice is sent through the Online Invoicing System (OIS). Payments can be made using cash, bank transfer, online banking, or mobile apps like MyCash or M-Paisa, followed by sending the remittance advice to BAF. Once payment is confirmed, the permit is processed within three working days. A scanned copy is emailed, and the original can be collected from a BAF office.

Complete the Biosecurity Authority of Fiji (BAF) Import Permit Application form. Provide detailed information about the animal species, quantity, origin, and intended purpose. Submit the completed application Form to BAF. |
Step 2: Pay the Required Fee

Make payments in cash, bank transfer, online banking and submit remittance advice. You can also make payments from MyCash or M-paisa. |
Step 3: Visit BAF and Collect Your Import Permit

Once the payment is complete, show the receipt to the counter. BAF officer will inform you when the Import Permit is created. Visit BAF office upon receiving notification and collect your Import Permit. |
