None-CITES Permit

Non-CITES Permit is required for the trade of certain protected species that are not covered by the CITES regulations. This permit ensures that the export or import of these species is conducted in accordance with Fiji’s national laws aimed at protecting biodiversity. The application form must be completed with details of the species, the purpose of trade, and any necessary documentation to demonstrate the legality and sustainability of the transaction. This process helps regulate the movement of native and endangered species, ensuring their conservation and protection under national environmental laws.
