Step 1: Prepare the Application

Applicants must download and complete the application form for the Form 5; Register to trade, providing necessary details about the applicant and the nature of the application |
Step 2: Pay the Required Fees
|
Pay the required fees to the Consolidated Fund Account in Fiji and collect the receipt as proof of payment. |
Step 3: Visit Ministry of Environment and Submit the Application
|
In order to complete the registration, Submit the completed form along with the required documents to the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change. The Ministry will review the application and notify the applicant if any documents are missing. If the application is rejected, reasons will be provided via email. |
Step 4: Visit Ministry of Environment and Climate Change and Collect Your Registration Certificate
