
Download the Application Form from FTIP or BAF's website. Fill out the form carefully and provide the necessary details, including Business Name, Registration Number, Breakdown of Ownership, List of commodities that you export, and your packing facility. Once you're ready, go to the BAF Office and submit your application along with other required documents. Following the review by the BAF Officer, you will be asked to make payments. In a few working days after the payment, you visit the BAF office again to collect the export license.
Step 1: Visit BAF and Submit Your Application

Provide details about the product (Vegetables, Tree Plants, Shrubs, and Roots, and the unmanufactured products of trees, plants, shrubs, and roots) and fill out the Form carefully. Visit the nearest branch of BAF and submit your application along with other documents. |
Step 2: Make Payment after Inspection

BAF Officer visits the paskhouse and conduct inspection. Once the inspection is complete, make the payment in cash or via mobile banking. |
Step 3: Visit BAF and Collect Your Export License
|
Submit the payment receipt to the BAF office. In 3 working days, visit the BAF office again to collect the Certificate |
